Let Mizzie Freezzie kids cool packs soother your little one’s bumps; bruises; bites; scrapes and minor burns.
With her friendly face; she is sure to distract; and her cool nature will take the pain away; soothe and comfort.
She is safe; reusable; non-toxic and hypoallergenic… so that also means no mess! She likes to live in the fridge; and can also be heated in hot water (under adult supervision) to heat up the cool days.
Use as a cold pack:
Mizzie Freezzie cool packs best like to live in the fridge; but can also spend some time in the freezer (not recommended to place directly on child’s skin straight from the freezer). She can then be placed on the needed area; or in a lunch box; and then replaced back in the fridge or freezer for future use. It’s that simple! Nursing mothers can also benefit to soothe tender breasts.
Use as a hot pack:
Place Mizzie Freezzie in hot water (not boiling) for about 7 minutes. Once the desired temperature is reached; she can be placed in pockets; shoes; hats or held in the pram on a cold day. DO NOT MICROWAVE.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders will be processed and confirmed via e-mail once payment has been successfully made. Please ensure all details on your confirmation e-mail and are correct and notify us if there is any error as soon as possible. We are unable to correct errors in your shipping address once orders have been sent, so please double check that you have entered your address correctly. Redelivery costs might incur.
Once we receive your order, it will usually be despatched within 1-2 days. Standard deliveries will then take 2-6 days. Express post deliveries will be faster than standard Australia Post delivery. We will endeavor to have all Express Post orders out on the same day that you ordered (if ordered prior to 2pm Brisbane time).
While we endeavour to deliver goods to your nominated address within the time frames indicated, we cannot guarantee delivery times particularly during busy promotional and sale periods where some order dispatches may be delayed due to the additional volume. Dispatch of orders may also be delayed where payment or address information requires verification or correction prior to dispatch.
TrackingAll parcels are given a tracking number which will be emailed to you once your parcel has been shipped. This allows you to track the progress of your delivery at all times.
Please keep in mind that all of our items are pre-authorised as “Authority to Leave”. If no one is home to accept the delivery, the courier will leave your parcel at a secure location. If this is not possible, the courier will leave a calling card explaining how to pick up or arrange re-delivery. Simply follow the instructions on the card to arrange a re-delivery.
Where possible, we recommend you have your purchases delivered to your workplace address.
Returns & Exchanges
We understand that shopping online can be tricky, so should you change your mind about a purchase you have made with us, you have the option of returning the item within 14 days of having received it. Please note that a nominal amount of $9.95 ($19.95 if original parcel was sent via express post) will be deducted from your refund to partially cover our cost of shipping the original parcel to you. You will receive a refund back to the original method of payment.
We will require the item to be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging for these returns.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
